Experience vs. Enthusiasm: While experience is preferred, enthusiasm is absolutely essential. We value energy and passion for the sport, and you’ll have great support from our captains, committee, and existing club structures.

Club Culture: We want someone who can help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment. Strengthening a positive club culture is a top priority for us.

Qualifications: A coaching qualification (such as an England Hockey Coach Award / Level 2 or equivalent) is desirable, but this is not a deal-breaker for the right candidate.
